Harford County Fleet Maintenance Facility
Recently, The Leonard Kraus Co., Inc. assisted the general contractor Plano Coudon in completing the new Harford County Fleet Maintenance Facility located in Bel Air, MD. This 75,000 sf building contains numerous vehicle maintenance bays, bulk maintenance supplies & tire storage, parts inventory, & administrative and support areas. The new Fleet Maintenance building is a pleasant addition to Harford County and will be a huge contributor to advanced production.
The Leonard Kraus Co., Inc. was involved in some exterior, but mostly interior aspects of the facility. The exterior work involved roof curbs and blocking with pressure treated lumber. The interior work started with metal stud framing, insulation and drywall installation, and ended with drywall finishing and installation of door frames and hardware. As a subcontractor, The Leonard Kraus Co., Inc. takes great pride in quality work, and this building reflects the practice of both safety and efficiency on the jobsite. It was a pleasure being involved in the production of one of Harford County’s buildings.
