40-Ten Office Building - Canton

Located in the heart of Canton, 40Ten is Baltimore's first heavy timber office building. The structure of the building is designed with exposed timber, and elaborate ceilings to give off a welcoming atmosphere for all future office spaces. Light-gauge metal framing was completed by  Leonard A. Kraus Co., Inc. on the exterior of the building. All LGMF was panelized in our very own panel shop. Linear Veneer plank ceilings by MCM Acoustical were installed, as well as the drywall and other finishes in the lobbies and other public areas of the building. This building will be a great addition to the neighborhood of Canton which is an up and coming location for other developments.
