The Views at Clarendon - Bozzuto Group

In 2011, Leonard A. Kraus completed the Views at Clarendon project, now a building known as vPoint. vPoint is the site of a renovation of an existing church, The Church at Clarendon on the first two levels, with 2 stories of parking underneath. Atop this, eight stories of residential apartments were constructed. The Views met all requirements for the Green Building Council and was awarded with LEED Gold Certification on 9/11/2012.
Leonard A. Kraus’s scope of work completed for this project included; Light Gauge Metal Framing, Thermal/Acoustical Insulation, Acoustical Ceilings, Metal Stud Framing and Glass Reinforced Gypsum Panels.
