Mondawmin Mall
The Leonard A. Kraus Company has completed their work with Chesapeake Contracting Group at the Mondawmin Mall. After signing the contract, it was requested by the owner, General Growth Properties, Inc. that the Kraus Company adhere to a much more aggressive schedule than originally planned. Leonard A. Kraus was responsible for framing the shell of three different, soon-to-be tenant spaces, and completed the work at an accelerated schedule smoothly. This was to allow the potential tenants time to sign contracts and prepare for the 2013 holiday shopping season. LAK’s share added 38,000 square feet to the 500,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and services the mall already had to offer.
