Riverside Wharf & Walgreens
Leonard A. Kraus Company is now starting construction in South Baltimore on the Riverside Wharf & Walgreens project with Chesapeake Contracting Group. This will be a three story office building, adjacent to a two story parking garage, and a one level Walgreens store. LAK is responsible for the all framing of the shell of the office building and the drywall and acoustical ceilings of the Walgreens building. This project will meet all the guidelines of the Baltimore City Green Building Standards.
